# Yoga — Erik the Yogi

I’m Erik the Yogi, a registered yoga teacher. I’ve lived and worked on three continents, and I teach in a way that’s vibrant, playful, and easy to follow, with a little mindfulness, yogic principle, subtle energy, or anatomy when it helps. I want students to live well through balance, in body, mind, and spirit. Come flow with me in Austin and online.
